Aces Philproducers Corporation (APC) is one of the newly built state-of-the-art milk processing plant in the Philippines. It is a wholly-owned corporation of ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative (ACDI MPC) under its conglomerate company, Prime Acers Holding Corporation (PAHC) duly registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission.

APC, the Dairy Processing Plant is located at Brgy. Calamias, Ibaan, Batangas. It was established last 27 September 2017 and started its plant operation last March 2020. It carries the brand Aces Farm Fresh for its dairy products. APC has received License to Operate Certification from FDA.

Regal King Aces Sea Transport Corporation (ReKAST) was formed in May 2018 to serve as the sea-travel provider in ACDI’s growing interest in the tourism transport sector. ReKAST’s services are targeting tourists’ sea transport needs in off the beaten track island destinations in the Philippines. At the end of 2018, the company owns a fleet of two 30-foot seacraft serving the Apo Reef, and Coron routes from its homeport in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro.

Contrails International Aviation Academy Incorporated (CIAAI) is a flying school based in Mactan, Cebu that offers pilot training to both local and foreign students. The school operates a training fleet of three (3) wholly owned C-172 aircraft and one (1) PFC flight simulator. CIAAI is envisioned to become ACDI’s future Aeronautical University.

The Philippine Cooperative Center (PCC), the convener of the largest gathering of cooperatives every 2 years since 2004, the National Cooperative Summit, was organized in 1995 as a body that coordinates national cooperative networks in the country. The mission of the PCC is to serve as a unifying center that will strive for excellence and competitiveness to create partnerships, and ensure the accountability of the cooperative movement.

The PCC came about due to an avowed desire of leaders and advocates to achieve a long-lasting effective presence in the cooperative sector, to cope up with, adapt to rapid changes in the global as well as national scenes. The emerging global economy and openness of the national government to forge a meaningful partnership with cooperatives provided the impetus for the advent of the PCC.
