The Premier Shield Security Corporation (PreSSCor) is a duly registered corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission with a primary aim of providing quality security services to various clientele nationwide.

The Corporation is a Complementary Business Line of ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative, the largest cooperative in the Philippines in terms of assets and operations. Its main office is located at GMJ Bldg., Bayani Road corner Roxas St., AFPOVAI Phase 5, Western Bicutan, Taguig City.

Officially registered with PNP Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (PNP-SOSIA) and granted the License to Operate (LTO) on June 01, 2020, PreSSCor provides services that match the needs and requirements of the clients. The Agency commenced operations on 01 August 2020, providing dependable service coverage with highly-qualified, well-trained, disciplined, courteous, trustworthy, law abiding, polite and smart security guards that keep clients’ workplace safe and secured 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Other than providing security guards to clients’ premises, the Agency renders Managed Security Services (MSS) which include a 24/7 remote CCTV and alarm systems monitoring and investigative and consultancy services. It maintains and operate Security Operations Center (SOC) manned by highly-trained and licensed CCTV operators, and employs highly dependable investigators, security and safety officers who render consultancy services.

The Agency also conducts security surveys and risk assessments to assist clients obtain a more comprehensive situational awareness of the potential threats and recommend what specific security measures are proper and suitable to their establishments.

It aims to be a highly credible security provider nationwide and vows to deliver excellent quality services to its clients by exceeding their expectations and needs through continuous vigilance.  Its officers, staff and security guards live with its shared values of professionalism, solidarity, steadfast and commitment.

PreSSCor is compliant to all government regulatory requirements in terms of licenses and permits, salary packages to its employees and security guards, mandatory contributions to government agencies, tax payments, training, reporting and other compliances. A start-up private security agency, PreSSCor has deployed more than a hundred security guards during its first three months of operations in NCR and provinces and is continuously counting. In less than two years, the number of deployed security guards grew exponentially to more than two hundred.

Along with the increasing number of security guards is the development of shoot-move-communicate capability through the acquisition of security-related equipment such as brand-new firearms, radios, transportation equipment and other gadgets to support its operations.

As a new player in the industry, the Agency assures clients and other stakeholders of quality service it renders with a set of highly competent Board of Directors and Management Team fully-equipped with appropriate education and training tempered by their more than three decades of experience in the field of aviation, operations, intelligence, investigation and security management. Their competence, professionalism, dedication to duty, organization and management skills can be measured by their individual service records as former senior military officers that occupied command, staff and diplomatic functions.

The Agency is financially stable with its authorized and paid up capital and therefore has the capacity to transact business with various clientele across various industries. Its Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) is very much sufficient to obtain big contracts. It aims to establish a niche in sectors of aviation, government, and the cooperative sector.

The way ahead of the Agency is to transform into a risk management outfit covering related businesses.

The Independent Auditor’s Report of its external auditor states, in part, “the accompanying financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Company as at December 31, 2021, and its financial performance and cash flows for the period then ended in accordance with Philippine Reporting Standard for Small Entities (PFRS for SE).”
