Starting 01 June 2022, Premier Shield Security Corporation has its new set of Board of Directors that will provide oversight and will give guidance to the Management. To formalize the installation of the new Directors, BGen Alfredo G Ramirez AFP (Ret), the President of Prime Acers Holdings Corporation, presided the induction of the new officers.
PRESSCOR’s new set of Board of Directors is now headed by the Chairman, BGen William Turalde AFP (Ret), with MGen Marcelino Randy Tibayan AFP (Ret) as Vice Chairman, Col Benjamin Baquiano PAF (Ret), Col Reymundo Ortizo PAF (Ret), and Col Carlos Cepe PAF (Ret) as members of the Board.
The new officers were welcomed to the PRESSCOR Family by Col Cepe, the company President since its inception, together with other officers and staff. After the new directors took their oath, they had their first Regular Board Meeting as presided by the newly installed Chairman, BGen Turalde.
